Starter for a new named place. Open index.php?title=PLACE_NAME&action=edit&preload=Template:New_place, then replace NAME and TYPE. To name an owner, swap CHARACTER and remove the <!-- --> marks around it. Add one *{{staff member|CHARACTER|JOB}} line for each character who works there.
